Hey Roll, based on what we know, understanding there are many gaps, with the MDT/TMDI agreement what is the likelihood that there could even be a bidding war at this point? Do you feel like that is even still on the table?
It seems odd that at this point in TMDI's life cycle that another big boy or several haven't aggressively gone after TMDI's war chest which grows each month and will continue to do so moving forward. Maybe they have and the price tag was too high for them, who knows. Speaking of patents, all new patents outside of current 140 (Issued and pending) are property of MDT correct? I still don't know why TMDI would agree with this unless they 'knew' that MDT would acquire them. I guess it could have also just been a financially necessity and had to 'give up' something to get something. So many what if's...
