I would start to get excited if they made their FDA application more so when it gets approved.

They agreed to it because they likely had no choice...Titan was out of cash and nothing coming in.

MacNally played the only hand he had left and investors will hold the bag for his 3 years of disastrous leadership

imo

ShortsRClowns....

I feel TMDI has filed about all the patentable issues dealing with SPORT in the past. They truly lacked money and the ISO letter. It was not until Zaring came along and said,"Cool, but you could do this and that to really make this attractive as I wanted to do this with Mzor's"...just a guess but we know for a fact, somehow we got involved with Cambridge Design Partnership after Zaring was hired.Side note:Any patentable discoveries attempts are and will be owned by MDT during the Development Agreement contract.TMDI gets no rights to new discoveries.Another tale tale sign....MDT will own it all at the end.

Think of whom is new to us. Cambridge,Digital Surgery.I am not aware of those companies ever working with us in the past.I think McNally was content to go with what he had at that time. Then came Zaring,Surgeon Advisory Board....and everyone said,Oh,that would be nice if it did this and this here did that...once again my guess.

Bidding War? About 10% chance imo.Only because MDT is dead in the water without TMDI,imo.Otherwise, why bother with TMDI.TMDI could say, yeah those certain IP you leased, don't expect us to renew them.So and So wants them for 3x's that plus a few new ones we were granted recently..

MDT is not a prick company from what I have read about.I feel they buy us out sooner than later and ENOS/SPORT is further along than expected.I have said it before, I can't see TMDI seeking FDA for ENOS,while HUGO is still in R&D,likewise,I can't see ENOS in R&D while HUGO goes seeking FDA........And to top if off,I can't see BOTH GOING AT THE SAME TIME.

So,that leaves us with MDT owning both and having their cake and eating it too.

It will happen. Just a matter of when.Tic Toc....Thanks Roll

Hey ShortsRClowns again......

Ya got me thinking on the patents....The really tight wrap on TMDI is this:

On purpose of course.

April 28 2019 Senior Secured Loan = ALL OF TMDI's IP is under collateral held by MDT until loan is paid off. That gives MDT 3 years to control ALL OF TMDI's pencils,paper,chairs,IP,etc.....We will NEVER pay off this tiny 1.5 million as we could do it today(for the new investors reading here)because that is the game plan for MDT buying us out. They do not want any competitors talking or making any inquires to TMDI.MDT is the parent of the house or shall I say, Chapel Hill.=KING OF THE HILL>

That is a pretty good wrap...but when the Development Agreement was signed by TMDI,all new discoveries)patentable) go to MDT.

Tic Toc.....MDT going to be paying us a fat Divy soon for as long as we hold their shares.

Thanks for the questions as they open up things for everyone to chime in.
