I honestly don't think so.

XNRGI / NEAH has not ever made any kind of commercialization deal with a company of repute.

Any company that has acknowledged a deal with NEAH or XNRGI has never made a second announcement acknowledging completion of said deal or agreement.

Do I expect this time to be different because they have some videos released ?

None of the videos actually show a stacked Powerchip Battery.so it appears to be a mythical construct.
