Marjac...as far as I'm concerned that was one crappy response...who the #$@& is making decisions at this Company....as usual he would be much better not even give an answer of this nature....it adds to the credibility that JT has no clue what he is doing...it is actually very embarrassing...what competent CEO would respond that way...any other CEO would just say it is confidential...very very disturbing.
Is it possible JT listened to investors that didn’t want to settle? Yes. Many thought the case was a lock; if true this is beyond reckless. JT hates when his e-mail quotes are posted...I will follow up today with him and NOT share his response. BB
