They don't show the negative rate because they want to keep people scared and keep people under control. All an attempt to wreck the economy...funny how stuff like this happens every election year. At least it'll work out great for all of us TPTW shareholders!!! The more test pods TPTW gets out, the more revenue they bring in and the fatter our trading acounts get $$$
