Singer is not on the team, at least as listed on the Complaint itself. This Sipes/Covington, plus a local Nevada law firm. Interestingly the #2 Covington lawyer in this case is "Michael N. Kennedy". Kennedy is a pretty common name obviously, but does anyone know if he is related to Amarin's General Counsel?
It is apparent that Singer has been retained as special appellate counsel in this appeal, but Sipes/Covington is still Amarin's main patent litigation counsel.
