The company can not just dump shares on the market. As "OTC" as I believe ssft is, I highly doubt they would be that dumb.
Companies do offering when selling stock, they do not just dump on the market, if they want to remain legal.
Whatever the market is doing is just buyers/sellers. They can be a common holder, Market Maker, or whoever; buyers/sellers.
