At this point I wouldn't bet on it, delay tactics seem to be something they get away with.

I think it will be down to what Delaware courthouse's current protocol is
thus contacted general chambers, case manager & court deputy.. .judge andrews staff
we'll see if other cases are being rescheduled due to c19
although, when covid hit, the courthouse used to have a red WARNING page HIGHLIGHTING the pandemic, I no longer can view it on their website, thus.. .
