The 4.92 that Lincoln Park cannot sell below should be a safety net floor generally, since Lincoln Park cannot sell into the market below that SP.

The $5 options are up for expiration this Friday, and I expect AVXL SP will make those worthless by moving to $5 plus or minus a few cents if history is a general guide.
