Well, that is an intriguing argument, no doubt. I never considered that point of view so thanks for that.

I couldn't help but diving into the numbers just a bit. OTCMarkets shows an average volume of about 820 thousand shares. I'll give that 21 trading days per month which becomes 17,220,000 shares per month. Multiply that by 8 months which is almost 138 million shares. That coincides fairly closely to counting the volume roughly on a chart.

However, assuming that the short sellers got all of those shares, that still means they could be short 162+ million shares of the 300+ million that individuals on the board have suggested.

That also assumes that no other traders got any of those 138 million shares during the past 8 months, so if I was to accept your intriguing point of view, I'm guessing that the short sellers could still be short at least 200 million shares anyway as I'm sure there are many other traders accumulating shares.

I'm simply looking at how the numbers work out to me when considering your point of view. Anybody else want to chime in on this as I've never seen this point of view expressed before. It is no doubt an intriguing argument to me in any case.
