Get a clue. You think your case is the most important one on the planet because your money is involved. Sorry to burst your bubble, but the system does not work that way. There’s a whole docket of other cases that need to be managed along with this one.

I get it. Please help enlighten the board...as I have previously stated, the courts do not place high regard for hearing this case. Alterantive solutions should/must be FULLY explored for the sake of both parties.

If courts ruled in favor of ANDA's, which is the highest percent shot, the courts still do not rid themselves of the 50+ OB patents that they clearly understand Amarin comes back with in numerous other suits!

The courts are not going to highlight Du mistake for sh!T and giggles....

You are a smart attorney, I know you see my angle...the courts will grant the latest date requested by the parties....
