I posted this in partial response to these allegations made back in early November. I have consulted for JR and co. on and off since 2003. I am NOT working for him now nor have I been given any shares. I am not under contract. I bought my own shares.
This is what I posted Nov. 2...
"Also, the fire at the Port Gibson facility occurred due to self-heating of some fresh carbon residue in cardboard containers BEHIND THE PLANT. There was never any damage mentioned to me and it was a recurring phenom until they took the material out of the containers and spread it out. This is the first I heard of JR being an arsonist. If you wanted to set fire to the plant, it had about 50 tons of ground tires inside the facility that would easily have ruined the facilty. This is sad.
There is probably more ugly stuff out there about JR, he has told me personally he had 'issues' with EFTI. Not my bidness and I don't ask details. I met with the folks from Eagle Pass on more than one occasion and have never heard from any lawyers or any of them about any allegations of fraud. They have my contact info."
I don't know any details about any of the other allegations. The fire allegation is a real joke...he would NEVER have set fire to the plant AFTER he made the discovery of the soy process. Not only that, but he would have had to set the fires on multiple occasions. As I mentioned above, if he was trying to set fire to his plant, it would have been really easy. JR is not hapless.
I may have met some of the folks from Atlanta, TX. I know that JR and I discussed that facility at length when I first began consulting for him.
