It will only be interesting to see if shareholders voted against the $95.15 million worth of stock options, restricted stock units and certain limited unrestricted share awards; for that will let us lowly, uninformed, small shareholders know how the BB Boys voted. IMO
$95M worth of options, RSUs, and awards? Don't quite get where that came from - I think it's more than that - according to the proxy materials on pg 19 there's either 22M or 10M shares remaining from the 2011 comp plan - having a brain fart (getting a new roof installed, noise and banging is so frigging loud I can't see straight let alone do accounting math!), can't reconcile Note 1 to Note 3, as in 1 mentions RSUs but 3 doesn't:
