As you are well aware, the potential risk of further such trials has been disclosed by NWBO in their regulatory filings for years. As with all other potential risks, it is standard procedure for companies to be transparent about these potential risks. This does not mean they will have to do any further studies just that there is a potential risk. It is certainly not the case that these warnings have suddenly just been added as a result of changes to SAP [for example] to put it in perspective.

Yep, there's a reason why we have waited almost 5 years past last patient surgery. Equivalency is important as are final claims about efficacy with an updated manufacturing process being readied for commercial scale demand. Just another good reason, being validated by blinded data from the last 100 or so and especially the last 31/32 patients enrolled and 17 missing SOC/placebo, to be long NWBO. Thanks for noticing.
