H - do you think that Amarin will adjust this commercial after they win / lose the appeal?
In other words, is this commercial sort of like a place holder until they know the outcome or this it, regardless?
Will they get more aggressive if they lose? Focus more on the brand if they lose? More festive (go-go's song) if they win? Short the risk factors if they win?
So my understanding is that the effort of fda trying to screw amrn (aka amrn’s incapability to work with fda) is still ongoing. Amrn won’t dig this out put it in commercial unless being asked to.
