Yes I think Doc328 might be a bit too pessimistic on A2-73 improving motor function in Parkinson's.

The Rett pre-clinical mouse studies showed quite impactful restoration of motor function and reduction to near normal of the clasping behaviour.

The mice were genetically modified to the same MECP2 gene fault that is the cause of Rett Syndrome.
