The only reason to conserve cash is if they thought they would lose the appeal and then need the cash to GIA in the EU .... thus avoiding a large capital raise .

So ... if they lose , then Hikma probably doesn’t have a significant presence till 2022 .

Can u ramp sales while this country is consumed with the risk of Covid .
The ads are already made and paid for .... it’s just a matter of paying for the air time .
So are R-It like patients in Florida , Arizona, Texas , parts of Ca .... more concerned right now with a statin add on to reduce their risk of a CV event ..... or more concerned with avoiding getting Covid ?

Conserve cash for sure. DTC, like most things Amarin and JT do, will have disappointing effect.
