Good marketing tactic would be to cater to local Texas sports teams (minor league baseball, college football, etc.) huge sports base around Houston and I’m sure they would all love to use a local product. Difficult right now with sports being shutdown though. One good endorsement from a Texas athlete and this thing could start to take off.
