From the non-TA side I would say that depends on the catalyst....

I did not say this is the bottom. I said past rallies have been 400-500% from the bottom. 2.50 to 10.00 was last move. But if 4.65 does end up being the bottom then yes, $19.00 should be the next move or 25.00 if 500%.
