Emergent is unable to sell shares, and they arent. But some former Note holder was selling thru PAUL last few weeks but it currently looks like hes done for now.
That was the sole reason the stock came down so low, presuming note holder is finished, this should climb back up to .03 in the coming days/weeks as the RM gets closer to completion.
