Kiwi - I’m gonna start with the end of your post, “who’s to blame”. IMHO, that’s a problem with you. You’ve got a big ass blame thrower. It does no good Kiwi.

Truth is, the Fed gov does not control things at the State/local level. So, if it’s important for you to blame somebody for the spike in cases, blame the gobs I guess. Knock your socks off.

Yes...especially in New York. Where they killed more potential customers (in nursing homes) than any other State, City, or County.
