LP, unfortunately, this is how the Criminals at the FDIC keep our money by making us wait until the "R" is closed and I have long felt this would be the case.

Obviously, this is where "possession is nine-tenths of the law" probably comes into play. Is there anything to prevent them from not closing for another ten or twenty years is the REAL question.
