From what I've learned from the legal scholars on this board that are very knowledgeable once the drug is approved for an indication by the FDA under the name submitted it stays. Also at this point the patents have been ruled invalid and our only hope is to win the appeals or what some hope there is a settlement announced. I for one am against a settlement unless there is a 100 percent guarantee no other generic company could come after Vascepa's Marine Indication. Until the threat of that not hanging over amarin's head no Big Pharma is going to make an offer of a BO that will most of us happy for at least the US and portion of the business.
