About as close to fact as it gets over a MC Plan only having the generic on their formulary vs the brand and filling it out consistently. I've never in my 29 years in this industry seen or heard of a pharma company sueing a MC Plan over only having a generic on the formulary. I've lived this nightmare for 29 years unfortunately.
