Acquisition Due Diligence
A UK company engaged FRGi to conduct Due Diligence on their behalf to aid in the acquisition of a medical equipment manufacturer with operations in the US and abroad. During the course of the engagement we reviewed the target company's books and records, analyzed the market for its products and reviewed its products for compliance with US FDA regulations. During the review we discovered a number of supply contracts that were either due to be renewed or whose products were becoming obsolete. Ultimately the transaction was completed but we afforded the Client the opportunity to make the acquisition on much more favorable terms.
