Looks like if the short sellers don't have shares then they wouldn't be counted.

I didn’t want to bring this up but since we are so close to a settlement. Some owners of UOIP stock may have been bought from a Naked Short Seller which means that buyer owns nothing. If I remember correctly that transaction has different numbers and letters than a buyer buying from a seller selling real stock and not naked. Normally a short sale is made by a seller borrowing stock from a holder of the stock which creates no problem. Naked selling does!!

How can he not know? He is the one that is supposed to pay off shares owned by everyone.

If Billy does know how many shares are outstanding, how does he know the TA is wrong? That just doesn't even make sense.
