I emailed IR back after receiving that reply pointing out that they justified their lack of updates on their R&D page by PRing these things. A failure to PR is in direct conflict with their prior statements and is completely unacceptable.

While bias could happen, their job is to keep shareholders informed not speculate and worry. They are objectively not keeping shareholders informed. Neither on these studies, nor the lawsuit progression.
