The grant is obviously the biggest driver of suspense in the stock price at the current time. Having a subsequent PR with several paragraphs devoted to the RBL/COVID but not a sentence reiterating that the grant application is still pending gives me the chills. It was mentioned in the previous two PRs.
"Leo raising money (the right thing under these circumstances)" Let's give credit where credit is due...and vice versa. He didn't raise any money. He made two deals that were sweetened with warrants and discounted shares and the entity/entities that those deals were struck with availed themselves of the sweeteners. He made out a couple of deposit slips....I guess that's proactive.
