Let's give credit where credit is due...and vice versa.
He didn't raise any money. He made two deals that were sweetened with warrants and discounted shares and the entity/entities that those deals were struck with availed themselves of the sweeteners. He made out a couple of deposit slips....I guess that's proactive.
