I know next to nothing about computer architecture or chip design so not much insight to offer about how networking speeds (your link) is important in FSD. There is a wiki page on tesla's FSD system on a chip. They put the sram next to the npu cores to minimize latency and read-writes. And the cpu is pretty close by also for final instructions. Tsla has lots of head room to either speed up compute/reduce power consumption, or increase number of cores since they are manufacturing on last generation processes.
