The idea of knowing viewpoints of each judge on various issues becomes useful only AFTER oral argument for discussion here. Remember— no one in attorney or public domain knows the identity of any panel judge until the day of argument due to random selection process used in assigning judges to panels.
The judges will know in advance who is on a panel. We don’t until minutes before 10 a.m. on the day of argument.
