NWBO management has created a situation where data lock IS a material event even if it normally would not be. This is because for NWBO investors it creates a realistic time frame for top line data to be announced when they never had timelines they could ever count on from management before. Hence the import to investors can not be denied. I believe NWBO stated they will announce data lock since they believe they might otherwise be legally challenged with sufficient cause about the import of such an announcement. Best wishes.
