I think you are absolutely right ..
First, "soft lock" will not unblind data for neither investigators nor NWBO, so it doesn't make sense to do what Linda calls a "soft lock." You can make a "data lock" and then later an "unlock" but it has nothing to do with a "soft lock". Again, Linda has shown her lack of knowledge or, as some have written, just "used the term" soft lock "to mislead shareholders once again.
There must eventually be piles of case files at div. lawyers who are ready with legal action.
with all of you who have spoken and written with DI, is there anyone who has gotten out from him what they think "soft lock" really is?
It is absurd that people on the one hand say you have to trust management and on the other hand do not even do it when it comes to simple PR and 10-q quotes ..
Everyone has been hoping for Linda for years to have a plan .. but it has proven time and time again that this was not the case .. what is the difference from all the other times to this one .. nothing ... and if she finally had a plan this time, she has well and thoroughly destroyed it herself with her lack of knowledge and overview of what it takes to lead a Biotech against TLD ..

I'm going by the official communication that if there is a significant delay they will let us know. A hard lock is what sets the timer off and I believe that they will announce it but not necessarily a soft lock which is more a preparatory phase to a hard lock.
