FORW is still a empty shell - a pretty little website isn't going to change the fact that after 1 year and 9 months Sharp has failed to deliver anything of significance to the empty shell.

Then Sharp files a Reg A+ without audited financials - what a disaster - after promising audited financials for a year - he fails to deliver.

But he has a cute little website with a $10 domain that is also empty.
