The SEC Div of Corp Fin STILL considers DBMM’s last amended “super 10K” to be “insufficient” due to the lack of 10Q numbers.

That is CLEARLY stated RIGHT THERE in the SEC Petition for Review filed WAY BACK on Dec 3rd, 2019.

The way the SEC is looking at it, DBMM is still not current.
