Access info

Last night I was looking at the Iliamna right of way agreement from earlier this year. From what I remembered it said that their lands gave us access to the port.

On re-reading it, it said that the access was not a straight route, but that it did go all the way to the port and if necessary Northern Dynasty could build its natural gas pipeline and road access along their lands.

It would be more direct to also access adjoining Native Alaskan Tribal lands, but that is not a necessity
