No worries. I didn't take it as an attack. The pathways in PD are much better defined than in Rett. I was just trying to clarify agonists vs antagonists. Muscarinic antagonists can also decrease cognition in PD at the same time they help tremor and dyskinesia, so they are not used much if someone has PDD.
