Settlement terms - so bill- you know what the terms were ??

What would you have said in response to those settlement terms??? ... would you have gambled a 100 billion market by continuing the litigation or settled up ?

after I read defense briefing I did not think Amarin had a >60% chance of winning

BB (or anyone else), please point me to a post by you (or anyone), before March 30, giving Amarin less than a 60% chance to win in district court?
