Jasbg, I can understand your comment about being lucky getting a quick verdict (no orals) from the perspective of the time it saves.

But from what I understand without orals we would not be getting the full benefit of Jonathan Singer. Of course if the the decision is to Reverse, I will gladly take that without ever hearing a peep out of Singer.
