LOL... Really? Why would any company like TPTW walk away from a $3.5 Million Dollar License Fee to allow a company use their software, in this case ViewMeLive... And get 5 Million Shares of Stock of a new company.

Seems like a win win, I could care less if the deal was with McDonalds for $3.5 Million Cash and 5 Million Shares... Good Luck
