No, I am referring to witness sequestration, nott jury sequestration.

There is no 'asset sequestration'. Assets can be frozen, a trust imposed, or more usually a bond is required to be posted. Neither of that is involved in the instant case. Even those are very RARE things in non-criminal cases or non-governmental plaintiff civil cases - butt they can be done and sometimes (rarely) are. There can be restraining orders on use of funds (another very RARE situation prior to a civil trial with private plaintiff). None of those are involved in the present case.

What has been mentioned in the case notes refers to WITNESS SEQUESTRATION.

It has nothing to do with JURY sequestration. It is nott 'asset sequestation' which is nott even a proper term of art.

Good clarification....where as injunction shuts the defendent operations down....something the courts will not due...think the internet has become so important shutting them down would pose national security issues.
