Partially correct.

The options listed as agreed to 1/2020 were as you say. These are part of the new plan that is recent.

The options listed agreed to back in 2018 (the smallest pile), don't know why they were not previously issued.

The bulk of the options though are the ones issued in the 2018 option grant that vested over these two years of service. Those we knew all the details on for years.

There really was nothing much in this entire data dump.
