cox & co have already PROVEN THEIR FOOLISHNESS by hiring D-rated lawyers that don't have a clue
to "the art of cross examination" various shareholders have witnessed the underwhelming performance in court by "apparent deep pocketed defendants attorneys"
not to mention lawyer 101 novice move/blunder ~ "missing filing deadlines"
