B - and do you seriously think that if there was a reasonable deal to be made, Thero decided against it and decided to gamble his 10+ million shares?

A much likelier (IMO) explanation is that H & R either did not want any (reasonable) deal.

If I thought that Thero was dumb enough to risk trial over a few months of market entry or a few million dollars, I would have sold all my shares a long time ago.

There were multiple posts before and during the trial about how H & R have been refusing to settle (in other cases) lately. If anyone has those articles, please post.
