postes, you are the only poster that I remember that advocate for settlement from the very beginning. Any posters saying Amarin should have settled is all hindsight, except maybe BB who also advocate for settlement though only after the conclusion of the Du court proceeding. I don't remember a single IHUB board attorney mention the word settlement until after March 30th.
