Ceo buy because they have confidence in investing in there companies future....price per share being much higher is a natural result... ceos of real companies dont buy amd sell there stock like otc investors that could care less about the company and only want a % increase so they can sell and move on...or rebuy lower... it's a totally different mindset they're proud to pay the price..... because they believe it's worth it....there in it for years instead of days like most of us... you could call him up right now he probably wouldn't even know what the stock price is... but I can tell you I bet he could tell you where it'll be in a year if it was legal and maybe he would say something like 10 to $15... and then he would say that $2 was worth it huh
