So First Amendment was a complete waste, Amarin doesn’t add death even though the trial statistically showed reduced deaths. Is the FDA jacking Amarin around? Is this why it took 7 f’kn months to get commercials? AMARIN needs to take FDA back to f’cking court and get blood! I want FDA blood!

I did not see the video/ad but this seems positive. Why announce April 30th you are halting the $80 mm of spend on promotion / ads until appeal plays out but then reverse on June 1 and say you are now resuming ad spend. Did that much really change in 30 days to make Amrn want to educate the marketplace on Vascepa.

Something is giving management confidence here. Perhaps settlement or some other favorable outcome.....

We shall see.

The FDA requires every drug company to run and verbalize all of the possible mild and serious side effects during a commercial. They will not approve it otherwise. It's somewhat stupid because most the serious side effects are so rare but the FDA is covering their ass.
