well, I made a rule for myself so as long as I keep my solid safe position (just a plain old savings account), I dont see any problems by using my credit card knowing a bonus twice the size of the purchase is coming in but IMO too late for this buying opportunity.

I was thinking about selling my dog for more cash to buy USSE. She a 4 year old yellow lab, well-trained and doesn't eat much. (I had to switch off that expensive Purina brand and onto a Field Trial -- that allows me an additional 83 shares a month.)

Dog Price = $350 or 1944 shares.
