I agree with the 2-1 RS but with 497M oustanding pre-split I believe you cannot do a 2-for-1 stock split without first increasing the number of authorized shares because 497 million pre-split shares will become almost 995 million shares post-split. Further diluting the shares worth. I could be wrong here but I think I'm close to correct. I can see it raised to 1 billion A/S going forward...
