The O/S is nearly equal to the A/S. If they already have the $ they need to make it to market then we are good.

If they need more money, they will either have to reduce the O/S with a RS or increase the A/S. I would be fine with increasing the A/S to around 750M. I would be less fine with a 2-1 RS, and pissed if it was any greater than that....
